Meet Our Founder

Welcome to MyTheraPlayBox!

I am Sabina Stancescu, a paediatric occupational therapist and the heart behind MyTheraPlayBox.

Over the years, I have seen how hard it can be for parents to support therapy goals between sessions. Many families want to help but are not sure where to start or feel overwhelmed by all the “toys” that do not really support progress.

That is why I created MyTheraPlayBox, a way to bring therapy tools into the home in a way that feels doable, purposeful, and even fun.

Each box reflects the same strategies we use in clinic, carefully curated to build real skills like fine motor strength, sensory regulation, and independence. This is more than a box, it is a bridge between therapy and home.
