At MyTheraPlayBox, we are committed to providing high quality resources created by qualified paediatric occupational therapists.
Digital Products
All digital purchases are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at support@mytheraplaybox.com.au within 7 days of purchase and we will do everything we can to resolve it promptly.
If you believe you have purchased the wrong digital product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase before downloading and we will do our best to assist you.
Physical Kits and Boxes
We accept return requests for physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened and in original condition.
We do not accept returns on opened kits or boxes due to change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at support@mytheraplaybox.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
