Yes. While our resources are designed with neurodiverse children in mind, you do not need a diagnosis to benefit from them. Many families use MyTheraPlayBox simply because their child is struggling with fine motor skills, sensory sensitivities, or emotional regulation, and they want practical, expert backed support at home.

Yes. You can manage, pause, or cancel your TheraPlay Box subscription at any time through your account settings on the website, or by contacting our support team directly. Our boxes and digital guides are educational and therapy inspired tools created by occupational therapists to support skill development at home, they are not classified as therapy and are not eligible for NDIS claims. All purchases are made out of pocket at checkout. We have designed our resources to be as accessible as possible for families who are funding support themselves.
